HZ520 Error

Anybody getting this error today?

SQL Error State:HZ520, Native Error Code: 0, ODBC Error: [OpenAccess][OpenRDA ODBC]RDA error: Connection failure

Seems it started last night and I get it using Access, Excel, WinSQL, and my vb.net app.
