System error 998 (NetSuiteODBCDriver).

Hey guys,

I had everything working perfect on my WinXP PC.

Until I loaded Crystal Reports.

Then I started getting the following with Excel:

 Error Connecting to Database: ERROR [IM003]     Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error  998 (NetSuiteODBCDriver).


I've removed the OpenSSL and NetSuite ODBC program and re-installed them.  I also removed Crystal Reports.  But I still get the same error whether I use Excel or my pre-compiled VB.net program which calls the Netsuite.com driver directly.

Has anybody seen this before?
