Having Trouble getting ODBC to work at all…

edited Dec 3, 2019 3:47PM in SuiteCloud / Customization 7 comments

Hi there…

We just installed Enterprise Reporting on our system. We have downloaded and installed both the Netsuite ODBC driver and the SSL drivers.
We can’t seem to get past the initial error:

“[Microsoft][ODBC driver Manager] Driver’s SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_ENV failed”  (same error in both Excel and (we downloaded a trail version of) Crystal reports.. )

We have spent over an hour on the phone with tech support to verify that everything is properly installed, our firewall port is open (1706) and everything should be working. We have spent a few days trying different things with no luck on my machine… (case 748519)

Howdy, Stranger!
