A Professional Unsubscribe Message!?!?!
Two New Issues!
1) Previewing a copy of a campaign, we noticed our name shows up twice in the unsubscribe message at the bottom of the email. Called support (case #632672) filed as an Enhancement to get this fixed or we have to pay more money to add a Customization feature, what?!?
I can't believe this can't be corrected! Now our marketing is put on the back burner..again!
2) I haven't reported this to NS Support yet, but all test emails delivered say "You are subscribed as jmcadams@verifiedcredentials.com" even when a Marketing Assistant submits her email address for the test email. Can this be right?
