HELP - Our emails are being flagged as SPAM

Recently in the last few months, we've noticed an increase in Undeliverable emails indicating our messages are being Deferred.  Yahoo has blacklisted us...anyone experiencing the same challenges?

I'm setting up a Campaign Domain Name and v.2007.1 will help with Email Domain Keys.  But once we get blacklisted, how can we request to be removed?  How do we prevent recipients from reporting us as Spam?

Any help would be appreciated!
