An Important Message Regarding Your Website Domain Names
In May 2008, NetSuite changed network providers to better support the growing customer base. Customers using the recommended CNAME redirects are unaffected by this change. To minimize the impact of the change for customers using A-Record redirects, NetSuite has been redirecting Web sites to the new IP address. However, on February 1st 2009 the automatic redirecting ends.
As mentioned in previous communications, if you are still using an A-record redirect to map your Web Site domain to the old NetSuite IP address of 63.209.28.41, please update your domain name to use a CNAME redirect, or set up a redirect to the new IP address immediately upon receiving of this message.
