RBS WorldPay Service Update
Customers using the WorldPay payment processing services may have received email notification regarding the change in brand name from WorldPay to RBS WorldPay.
The rebranding exercise does require a technical change on the NetSuite side, but rest assured that we are taking care of this.
RBS WorldPay have NOT gone live with these changes today (contrary to their email) . NetSuite are working with WorldPay to ensure that changes are made smoothly and we'd like to assure you that there will be no service interruption resulting from these changes.
