Important Reminder on Massachusetts Health Insurance Tax Rate
As you may be aware, the maximum rate for Massachusetts Employer Health Insurance Contribution had increased from 0.12% to 0.24%.
Action Required:
Please ensure that your Massachusetts Health Insurance Tax Rate is properly set-up in your NetSuite account.
To verify the rate in your interface, kindly do the following:
1. Navigate to Set up > Payroll > Set up Payroll > Taxes Tab >
2. Check the rate next to MA UI Health Insurance
Should you need to update your account, kindly do the following:
1. On the Taxes Tab of the Set Up Payroll page, edit the rate next to MA UI Health Insurance (example enter 0.0024 for .24%)
