Change to Customer Center Password Reset Process

[COLOR=black]NetSuite is improving the password reset process for Customer Center users.  As of November 21, 2013, Customer Center users will no longer be required to answer security questions to reset their passwords. Instead, they will receive an email with a one-time password. The use of email validation instead of security questions simplifies Customer Center password reset and could also reduce customer support calls from customers who had not set up security questions.[/COLOR]
