Customer Support unable to take Inbound and make Outbound Calls

Dear customer,

Netsuite Support is experiencing a problem with the phone system for both inbound and outbound calls. If it is urgent in nature, we suggest to file a case online via SuiteAnswers so we can be able to assist you urgently.
