NetSuite 2018.2 includes a change in the behavior for custom search results when using the Customer Center role. NetSuite accounts with at least one Customer Center role user will be impacted by this change.

Before 2018.2, the system allowed Customer Center role users to create custom searches using the Find Transactions permissions. As of 2018.2, this permission will be removed.

       
What is Changing?Recommended Action
As of 2018.2, when using the Customer Center role, a user will receive a permissions violation message when attempting to create a custom search. The Find Transactions permission will be removed. This removal will result in a permissions error when accessing a Find Transactions saved search from either the saved searches or from the URL.
