Multi-Language Customer Support (Online) available in Chinese, Japanese, French, German, Spanish and

NetSuite now offers online case submission and responses in Simplified Chinese (Mandarin), German and French, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese.

To submit a case, go to your NetSuite Account Center.

In your NetSuite Account, click on the Support Tab > NetSuite Account Center portlet > NetSuite Account Center link. Click Multi Language Support Tab > Cases link and select your preferred language from the dropdown or click the country logo. Submit a new case by clicking CASE LISTS link > New Case button.

Please fill out the case form, answer the questions and provide detailed information about your request.
