It’s that time of the year again! As we embrace the holiday cheer, we want to share an important announcement regarding our holiday schedule. Our dedicated team of NetSuite Support Gurus will be taking a short break to recharge during the holidays, from December 24, 2024, to January 1, 2025. We’ll be back in full swing, ready to assist you on January 2nd. During the break, feel free to explore the wealth of NetSuite resources on our platform.
As we celebrate the season's joys, we are incredibly grateful for your ongoing support and engagement. Have a fantastic holiday break, and let's gear up for an incredible 2025!
Here are some examples to get your creative juices flowing.
"Did I pay vendor John Doe last month?"
"Take me to my largest sales order for this month."
"What invoices haven't been paid yet?"
Mandatory 2FA Exemption for Integrations Ends April 8, 2019
Mandatory 2FA Exemption for Integrations Ends April 8, 2019 |
This notice is intended for customers who were granted a temporary exemption from the mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) requirement for integrations in 2018.2. To ensure better security for your account, as of 2018.2 two-factor authentication (2FA) became mandatory for login to the NetSuite UI with a highly privileged role. Users logging in with highly privileged roles (such as the Administrator role) are required to enter a verification code from an authenticator app or SMS message to access NetSuite. Also, as of 2018.2, enforcement of the mandatory 2FA requirement began for integrations that use a highly privileged role for accessing NetSuite. Integrations include SuiteTalk (web services) and RESTlets that access NetSuite through an API. However, integrations in some accounts were granted a temporary exemption |
