Changes on Fixed Asset Management for Lease Accounting
      
This notice is intended for customers using NetSuite’s Fixed Assets Management SuiteApp. The changes described in this notice are targeted for FAM Lease Accounting Early Access Bundle.

Important: FAM Lease Accounting Early Access Bundle (Bundle ID 252774) is available to test in Sandbox accounts on December 4, 2018. The Lease Accounting feature will be included in Fixed Assets Management SuiteApp v19.1. This can also be tested together with other FAM 19.1 features in 2019.1 Release Preview environment.

                            
What is Changing?Recommended Actions
Lease Proposal Record Lease Proposal is a new custom transaction record introduced in Lease Accounting feature. It let users propose a new lease, define the terms of the lease, add lease payments, and create the lease amortization schedule.
