This notice is to inform you that files in your File Cabinet may be affected by a security update scheduled for release in NetSuite 2019.2. This security update might impact your website, webstore, scripts, and other files. Please take note of these changes now so that you have adequate time to prepare for the update and can make the necessary adjustments. [h=3]What is Changing[/h] As of NetSuite Release 2019.2, we are enhancing File Cabinet security which will change the access permission requirements of files stored there. After the update, access to files in your File Cabinet will only be possible by: [LIST] [*]individuals who have an active, authenticated session to your account, or [*]those who have the secure file URL (available on the file record) and where the Available Without Login box is also checked for that file. [/LIST] Any script that references a file intended for use outside of an authenticated session which does not have the Available Without Login
