Paypal employees are concerned about the Netsuite way of integrating...

Hi All,

We've just been working through some operational issues with PayPal, and they've recommended that we don't use the separate pre-Auth + later Collect method of acquiring the funds.

They suggest we need to move a to "Just capture the payment" and "refund later if necessary". There are also issues where Netsuite seems to be doubly ring-fencing the funds from Paypal customers.

now we use standard Paypal Express integration, so I've been looking around at the configuration options in Netsuite, but it seems there aren't any beyond... Setup > Accounting > Paypal. There is no config options around changing the behaviour as per PayPal recommendation.
