Report of Job Roles and Bill Rates

<p>Posted by <em>Justin</em>:</p><p>I'm trying to create a report that will show Job Roles and actual Bill Rates used.<br/><br/>Ideally, I want a table with one line per Project/Employee/Job Role/Bill Rate combination. (ie; If one person worked one project with one job role and one bill rate, that'd be one line. If one person worked one project with one job role, but their bill rate changed halfway through the project, that'd warrant two lines.)<br/><br/>I'd also like each line to have a date range in each line for when time was charged against that project by that person in that job role at
