<p>OA allows the ability to store date-ranged historical user loaded costs, which is great because as users' costs change over time, in order to get accurate reporting on profitability for past periods, the costs need to match the time frame on which the revenues are reported. In addition, in our configuration, we use the same (modified) user cost UI to track historical user standard bill rates which also change as usera€™s progress through job levels. Some of our profitability reporting incorporates (potential) standard revenue at these standard user bill rates.</p><p>The problem is that the UI for these historical user costs
