Run Billing Rules from Action Icon

<p>Looking to be able to run billing rules from the action icon. Basically I auto run rules at a specific time. If a time card or expense was not completed they dont get caught so I have to go into the project and re-run the rules. This would be a timesaver if we could select the projects to run and click the action icon from the view, then be able to go thru them to accept, hell doenst even have to be that. I would be fine with it just accepting like it does when it auto runs.</p><p>A </p>
