in SuiteProjects Pro Discussions

We have recently deployed to Australia which houses a very small PS team. 
I am looking for any suggestions on how they might be able to gain efficiencies (speed) in the process of creating and modifying allocations. Short of the "substitutions" feature does anyone have any ideas?
