Project Job Codes vs User Job Codes

Hi
We load users based on their position in the company, however the role they perform on a project does not necessarily translate to their "user job code'.  Therefore we need project job codes.  I read on the web that the Jan 12 release provided the functionality to allocate project team members with specific project job codes.  Has anyone successfully done this on a per project basis? And if so, by doing this in the Phases/Tasks/Task Assignment Default list >  does anyone know the correct Category to select in OpenAir Integration Manager (or Connector) to export this Default List table.
