Calculating Actual Hours x Rate Card

Hi, I have created a report to cost out our projects. The report works well except it doesnt calculate the timesheet hours x the rate card if there are no planned hours against the employee. Sometimes (alot of the time) we have people work on projects that werent planned and we need to show these costs to the clients. Currently if Person A has worked 20 hours but has planned 0 their actual cost on the report pulls through at 0, instead of multiplying by the rate card assigned to their job code.
