Bulk Delete Workspace Documents

<p>There is an internal switch called "Enable bulk document deletion when downloading all documents". If this is turned on, when you click the link to "Download all documents" option in a workspace, you will have an additional option to delete the existing documents from the workspace after they are downloaded.
