OpenAir downtime earlier today - the site is back up
Dear NetSuite OpenAir customers,
NetSuite OpenAir experienced a disruption in service as a result of Hurricane Sandy which hit the east coast of the United States on the evening of October 29, 2012. Service has now been restored.
The data center where the servers reside is intact and has power. We want to assure you that all client data is safe and secure. The service disruption was the result of one of the internet connectivity points outside of the data center being down due to a localized power failure.
Technicians are onsite and working diligently to maintain connectivity. We are monitoring the situation closely and will keep you apprised should there be any further developments.
