InvalidCredentialsFault, Initial Web Services testing

This is very much a new user question...  I have been trying to follow through the getting started example, to at least add a customer. However, I am encountering the following error:

"An unhandled exception of type 'System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException' occurred in system.web.services.dll

Additional information: com.netledger.dto.v1_3.faults.InvalidCredentialsFault: You have entered an invalid e-mail address or account number. Please try again."

Can you make any suggestions to help troubleshoot? Sample code I am using is shown below (with email, password etc removed).

I have obtained my account number from Support > Customer Service > Contact Support by phone.
