Search on companyName?

I can not seem to find any way to search the customer record on companyName? How can this be done? Below you can see what I tried, but it did not work. Without the companyName tag it works fine (just searching email).
And I tried to go thru the WSDL, but could not find any way to search on companyName. This is urgent when we changed entityId from string to number and before we searched on entityId to see if record existered. We had company name as entityId before.
