Any way to get the Round Robin lists through the API?

Is there any way to get some kind of sales rep round robin list functionality over on the webservice side?

What I would like to do is get the next sales rep in a "Sales Territories" round robin list in order to assign customers a new sales rep.

Is that possible from the webservice?
