Custom Record Online Form User Script

Hello,

I have a custom record online form.  When the online form is submitted a custom record is created.
I would like to add a user event script on the custom record, that reads the value of a text field and then sets the value of a list/record field with this value.

I have written a script and verified that it works in the context of the UI.  When I save the record the list/record field is correctly set.

For some reason, this doesn't work in the context of the online form.  When the online form is submitted, my script never seems to trigger.
