Import Item Group not allowing multiple items....?

edited Dec 3, 2019 12:34PM in Account Administration 1 comment

The threads on importing Item Groups on here are almost a decade old, so I thought I'd try to get some more updated info.

  • We have a large number of Item Groups to set up.   We're layering Items and Discounts in our item groups and there's a ton to manage.
  • Typically, if there are options for multiples on an import, once you select and set the first variant, there's a PLUS symbol to add the next grouping.   Similar example would on an Assembly item, you have "Component 1" and "Component 1 Quantity" and the go on onto to "Component 2" and so forth.....     Am I missing something here where you can only add only item to a group via the import?
