Announcing a Test Window Before the Shutdown of An Internal Proxy
This notice is intended for customers using SuiteTalk SOAP web services requests or RESTlets requests that are not being sent to the correct data center. Sending requests to the wrong data center causes the requests to be internally redirected or re-routed, also called being proxied. Being proxied means that it takes extra time for your requests to complete.
What is Changing?
Important: Starting on June 12, 2019 (and continuing over the next several weeks in June and July) we will begin the process, on an account by account basis, of shutting down this internal proxy. This is the proxy that is redirecting your SuiteTalk SOAP web services and RESTlets requests. If you do not correct your SuiteTalk SOAP web services and RESTlets requests before we shut down the proxy for your account, these requests will fail.
