Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

New paymentpostback Context for Script Execution
Please note that some customers may have to modify your scripts that handle payment processing in NetSuite.
NetSuite 2019.2 will introduce the paymentpostback context.
The previously used userevent context was not specific enough. Consequently, some scripts have been executing when a payment gateway updates payment processing status to success or reject. In this case, no transaction changes occur, so no recalculations are required and most scripts do not have to execute.
With NetSuite 2019.2, the paymentpostback context will be distinguished from the userevent context when an asynchronous payment gateway update occurs. Script execution will occur only if it is required for this specific context
