Transaction Line Join to Coupon Code via ODBC Tables/Views -- CANNOT FIND!

Hello

So I have been trying to find a connection to the actual Coupon Code used on a Transaction via the Transaction Line --> Item ID --> Coupon Code join in the Database Tables/Views (via ODBC) . While NS allows me to get to the actual code via a Saved Search, i just cannot get to that info via joining of the tables in the DB. This has brought our Marketing Reporting via the ODBC connections to a stand still.Any and all help from the experts here will be useful.

Just to trace my steps (which may be flawed)
