12 years with Netsuite, customer can't log in

CASE 3590603.

We've been using Netsuite for 12 years. We have over 100 customers with more than 2000 sales orders in Netsuite (they are our large customers). We are a wholesaler. Our customers go to our shopping site to check their sales order status, place new orders, check invoices, etc.

I have reports from customers recently that they can't log in our shopping site anymore. After investigating, we find the reason.

1. The shopping site goes to my account page when log in (this was Netsuite standard when we started to use Netsuite). If a customer has a sales order quantity over 2000, Netsuite keeps on loading all sales orders and freeze the screen for 6 minute, return an "internal error" message or freeze forever.
