Attaching a Case to a Sales Order?
I created a button on the Sales Order that creates a case in edit mode and pre-populates a bunch of information. All good.
The only problem is, the Sales Order the case was created from is not attached to the case (or visa versa). When you create a case from the UI, it connects it to the Sales Order by default. Is there no way to "attach" the case to the sales order via workflow?
