Balance Forward based on date range

edited Jan 3, 2020 12:25AM in Search / Reporting

Hi all,

I’m trying to add a Balance Forward column to the Sales by Customer report but don’t get the expected behavior when this is run based on date range (not period).

For example, when the date range is 12/01/2019 – 12/31/2019, the balance forward calculates from 1/1/1970 to 12/1/2019. I’d expect this to be from 1/1/1970 to 11/30/2019, but instead I get the transactions that are on 12/01/2019 on both columns.

Am I missing something here? Can anyone help?

Thanks.
