After I export a report to an excel web query, is there a way to lock the filters that were set for

These are the filters/criteria I would like the web query to use when refreshing data, but it appears to refresh only based off of the latest run of the report (so if I ran it for a different subsidiary or period it would pull these numbers, even though the web query I exported was set with different filters). Is it possible to lock filters on query once it is in excel or does this have to be at the report level (i.e. I can't use the same report for different subsidiaries, periods, etc).
