The better way user manuals preview in Netsuite?

Hi,

My company has written some user manuals and want to let user preview in Netsuite.

I just added some columns for transactions and use HTML to hyperlink the documents but it seems a little messy.

Does it have a better way if we want to put them for user preview online in Netsuite?
