permission error

We are using LeadsBridge to connect leads from LiveChat to NetSuite. We have chosen a SalesRep for the leads (Internal ID 26) but we receive the following error:

RESULT=FAILURE

ERROR CODE=-1

ERROR DESCRIPTION=[INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION] You do not have permissions to set a value for element salesrep due to one of the following reasons: 1) The field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases.

Here is a sample of the complete lead info that is coming to NetSuite:
