Anyone having issues with EMail not being sent from Netsuite production account?

Anyone having issues not being sent from NetSuite production Account? On Set up > Company >Communication > sent Email List, says the Email was sent but the Recipient didn't receive the email. None of the emails are sent, Transaction "sent to" Email or Saved search Email, no success.
