Workflow action based on email
Hello,
I have a custom record and I would like to be able to set field values with a workflow based on emails being sent or received from the record, i.e. when an email gets sent to set the record to a status of awaiting response? and when an email gets received to set the statures to response received.
Does anything like that exists?
