Change Case template for customer service
Hi Guys,
Hope you are all well!
We use cases for our customer service element, so all emails are diverted into our system and create a case.
The issue I have, is that the case template / email template for our replies has the wrong logo on it, and I need to change it...
I have looked at the case setup / setting up case profiles and I cannot for the life of me remember where we changed this at the start of the Netsuite project...
Can someone please point me in the right direction please?
