Email Campaign - linked images do not display on Mobile Devices

edited Apr 9, 2020 1:19PM in Ask A Guru 2 comments

I created an email template in order to send mass email campaigns to subscribers.

The HTML editor I am using (Mail Designer) creates both a Desktop and Mobile version of the code.

I import the Code into Netsuite -> Email Templates.  The images are all hosted on our Google Cloud Storage with public permissions (tested correctly), with the correct image src URL specified in the HTML code.

When I send the test email, my desktop displays the email correctly, but my mobile phone (test on iPhone6 and 11) does not display any images.

I created an email template with ONLY the desktop version code, and the same thing happens:  Desktop displays OK, Mobile phone does not display any images even though it is following the layout of the Desktop version.
