Delay in the Customer center role
Hi @All,
I have a query regarding the customer center role.
We have created a role by customizing the Customer Center role and applied that role to a Customer. And customer has been logged into that role and they informed us to remove some links from the Dashboard. So we have removed corresponding permission from the created role to remove those links. We checked the result by login to the customer center role. However, those changes are not updated in the role. Then we checked the role again after 1 day and we found that the changes have been applied.
What is the reason for the delay in the Customer center role change? How we can overcome this issue?
