Custom Record to create another custom record

Hi There

The background for my question is as follows

1. I am trying to create a time import record (which is a custom record) which has a field called 'pay component' (this is essentially a 'flag' or identifier on a time import record of the type of entry this is)

The time import record is of the type 'duration decimal'

2. I want this time import record to be created if a time entry record is:

a.) approved and

b.) has a checkbox ('include') which is is checked

3.  So in terms of order of how it works:

i.) an employee creates a time entry. They either check the 'include' checkbox or it is left as unchecked
