NetSuite analytics>Case Dataset fields
I voted AND added comments to Enhancement Request #'s 569547 & 537174(Since Closed).
Please also add the following fields to be available to a Case dataset:
- Last Modified
- Last Message Date
- First Updated
- Awaiting Support Reply
- Stage
- Contact
- Customer Stage
Without them I must continue to use Saved Searches, export the Saved Search to Excel, build my Pivot and graphs each time data is updated. (this is extremely time consuming and the results are immediately stale) Without them, Executives cannot add Case analysis results requiring these field to their dashboards.
