Defaulting to a custom Lead form
I have a custom Lead form that I would like to make the default when entering new leads into NetSuite.
Unfortunately if I try to make it the default form, it becomes the default even when trying to create a customer.
For our leads, we require much less information (Company size, # employees, general info) than when creating a customer. I have even made the Standard Lead form inactive yet it is still used when I try to create a new Lead.
Is this even possible?
