cash sale issue
Have an issue. We had a customer buy an item back in April on a credit card. The other day they wanted to buy the same item again so our salesrep pulled up the cash sale and used the copy function. That actually created another cash sale on the original sales order with no fulfillment so no stock came out of inventory. How can we fix this but not mess up our inventory?
BTW, submitted it to NetSuite and they won't answer my question. Only came back and said they tried it and yes it didn't take out stock. That I already knew.
