Is there a way to setup auto-assignment (cases) to only assign to currently logged in users

Good Afternoon,

   We user NetSuite for Email Case Support. For logins, users login using "Advanced Partner Center" licenses. Is there a way to get auto case assignment to ONLY assign to user that are currently logged in?
