Does anyone else see bounces.sp.netsuite.com DNS Timeouts? Causing delivery issue due to failed spf

We've been hearing about email delivery issues from customers and have to resend invoices all the time. I was able to trace one potential issue in an email that was supposed to be sent internally that was caught in the quarantine and noticed in the header the following lines

Received-SPF: TempError (protection.outlook.com: error in processing during lookup of bounces.sp.netsuite.com: DNS Timeout)
