Using SCA 2020.1 Extensions for Configuration

I'm learning the SCA 2020.1 architect from Netsuite Learning Portal and currently doing the Extensions Deployments.

I'm having confusions how to setup the Configurations from the Extension folder I created. In the tutorial, I'm told to do this for my Configuration json file for a module.

When I deploy and activate, I went to Configurations tab from the ERP and I get this:

I don't see the Announcement Subtab that should be aligned with Product Comparison, Contact Form, etc. I should expect the announcement properties should be in its own subtab.

What am I doing wrong?
